Twelve Weeks After Surgery

Twelve weeks have now passed since my surgery, and I am pleased to say that I have gained a significant amount of my range of motion back, although I am still not quite at 100% yet. I feel that I am finally at a point where I should be able to actively search for a job and start working again. This has been a long and challenging journey, and even though it has only been three months, it has been incredibly stressful for everyone involved. My family has been helping out as much as they can, assisting with everything that they are able to provide. I am truly grateful for all the support I have received during this time. I owe a special and tremendous thank you to my fiancée; without her unwavering support, this experience would have been a much bigger struggle and quite uncomfortable.

With her unwavering help and nurturing support, I have found the drive to recover as quickly as I have and to make the significant progress that I have achieved. Along this journey, we came together to create this business collaboratively, and we are now working diligently to elevate it to a truly great state. However, we acknowledge that the financial investment required to reach our goals is substantial and quite expensive.

Next steps for me will include a focused effort on increasing my overall strength, progressing slowly and safely to minimize the risk of experiencing another injury or re-injury. Please be on the lookout for an exciting new development because we are actively planning on releasing a comprehensive training video series, which will be available on DVD as well as through subscription on our website. I am truly excited about this next venture and look forward to helping everyone pursue their fitness goals while making significant strides towards meeting or even exceeding them.

Twelve weeks after surgery and I have gained more range of motion back and I am now using resistance bands to build strength.
